You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information (including your phone number or email) and to maintain the security of your account.
Date Delight is dedicated to fostering sincere, meaningful, and safe connections. You agree NOT to:
Date Delight has the right to remove content and to block or ban, with or without notice, any account that posts fake photos or false information, or otherwise breaks these rules.
Date Delight welcomes everyone and respects every member's privacy. We do not verify members' identities, no profile carries a verification badge, and we do not guarantee that any profile is genuine, or that the information and photos on it are true.
Date Delight matches members based on proximity and mutual preferences. Coarse geohash coordinates are computed to display approximate distances to matches. You can modify or revoke device location permissions at any time through your operating system settings, noting that discovery requires valid location data to recommend local profiles.
You retain ownership of the photos, voice prompts, poll responses, and text you post. By posting content to Date Delight, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, display, and format your content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.
You warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary rights to any content you upload, and that such content does not infringe the privacy or intellectual property rights of any third party.
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users, both online and in person. Date Delight does not conduct criminal background checks on all members. We urge you to exercise caution, meet in populated public places, notify friends or family of plans, and never share financial details with strangers.
You may pause your profile anytime using the Deactivate Account feature in Settings, which hides your profile while preserving your matches. You may also permanently delete your account via the Delete Account option in Settings, which irrevocably purges your profile, photos, and messages.
Date Delight reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any account that violates these Terms or threatens community safety.
Date Delight Plus and Gold are auto-renewing subscriptions sold and billed by Google Play. The price and billing period are shown before you buy, and your Google Play account is charged when you confirm the purchase.
The Service may show advertisements, or links to websites, apps, and services that Date Delight does not own or control. Date Delight is not responsible for their content or offers, or for any loss, fraud, or scam that results from clicking them or dealing with them.
You use the Service at your own risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Date Delight does not guarantee that matches will be successful or compatible.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Date Delight, its owners, operators, and staff are not responsible for the behaviour of any user, or for any mental stress, emotional distress, physical injury, or financial loss you suffer in connection with your use of the Service or your interactions with other users, and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Date Delight, its owners, operators, and staff against any claim, complaint, legal proceeding, loss, damages, penalty, and cost (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or any unlawful act by you, including hacking, unauthorised access, or financial fraud. If any such case is brought against Date Delight, its owners, or operators because of your actions, you will bear the full amount of the resulting damages, settlements, and legal fees.
